-the positive form of all regular verbs in the Past Simple ends in -ed
-some verbs change their spelling before -ed stop-stopped
-when the verbs in -e add only -d lide-liked
USES- We use the Past Simple to talk about things that happened end finished in the past.
Ex. Last night Vicky started her homevork at 6 o'clock. She finished it at 9 o'clock.
